A value of 0 disable rate aggresiveness. Minus value is adding addressivenes. Allows user to reduce or increase transmit rate while still remain in Fully Auto Algorithm. Environment might be noisy at times. You might want a lower throughput to ensure better stability. Rate Aggressiveness allows you to reduce the transmit rate, so that range or power can be higher. Choose a range of value from -3,-2,-1. Environment might be free of interference. But the fully auto algorithm gives you low throughput than you expected. Rate Aggressiveness allows you to increase the transmit rate, so that throughput can be higher. Choose a range of value from +3, +2, +1. 3. For Rate Algorithm, we changed the Fully Auto rate algorithm to Atheros Rate Algorithm, and it is better than our rate algorithm previously. I have tested it, and it works much better now. 5. Mikrotik WDS compatibility. When Mikrotik is set to ap bridge with dynamic WDS, our transparent client can be recognized as a wds client by Mikrotik. When Mikrotik is set to station wds, and our AP mode, with rootap enabled, can be recognized as a wds ap by Mikrotik. 4. Variable Noise Floor. Our noise floor is now able to change, unlike previously stuck at -95dBm. This should enhance the value of signal strength, if you are looking at it from the perspective of the negative dBm. 5. Adaptive Noise Immunity This feature can be found under Wireless -> Advanced. Immunity is changed according to the noise received. Noise Immunity strives to eliminate on board noise and noise from the environment, giving a more stable link. For the rate aggressiveness, please do note that we do not work the same way as StarOS. You can see the change in the throughput while you reduce the rate aggressiveness. The transmit rate shown might not be responsive in the beginning, but will change after there is throughput.
